Seth Adams, CFP®

Seth is a senior wealth planner for Bluerock Wealth Management, and he comes to Bluerock with 20 years in the financial services industry. Seth began his financial planning career working behind the scenes with case development and implementation. He started working in a client facing role a decade ago. He has been involved in all aspects of the planning relationship from estate planning to risk management case design to portfolio design and implementation.

Seth believes in the interconnectedness of financial planning. He says, “One change in an area of a person’s financial life can ripple throughout all other facets of their lives. A change in tax laws, an update to a pension payout, or life changes like adding a family member can have substantive and lasting effects. Taking a proactive approach almost always puts us in a better situation mentally, as well as financially, when things change.”

Seth graduated from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee with a degree in English. He has held his CFP® designation since 2005. He has been an active member of the Financial Planning Association since 2008.

Seth is married with two daughters, ages 12 and 13 and three-year-old Golden Retriever, Sherbert. They are very active in their children’s school where Seth serves on the planned giving committee. After eight years on the field, he has graduated from coaching his daughters’ soccer teams and looks forward to spending more time playing golf and hiking.
